Andreas Birk

Andreas Birk ist seit Mai 1996 als Post-Doc am AI-Labor der Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Seit Oktober '96 leitet er die Robotic Agents Group des Labors und seit Herbst '97 ist er Gastprofessor an der Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Seine Forschungsarbeit hat den Schwerpunkt Autonome Systeme. Er ist besonders an learning, cooperation und hetergenous agents interessiert.

Andreas Birk started in May 1996 as Post-Doc in the AI-Lab of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Since October 1996 he is in charge of the Robotic Agents Group of the lab and since fall 1997 he is lecturing as visiting professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His research is centered around autonomous systems. He is especially interested in learning, cooperation, and heterogeneous agents.
